In the evening, we serve dishes inspired by the European Mediterranean countries. The dishes are good for sharing, offering a variety of flavors and a more social dining experience. We also offer a few main course-sized dishes, and the smaller plates can be enjoyed as starters.
We offer an extensive wine list along with delicious cocktails and mocktails, perfect for both before and after dinner.
For lunch, we serve traditional Danish open sandwiches (smørrebrød) and classic lunch dishes. The food is full of flavor, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The restaurant is cozy and charmingly decorated—and we also have Copenhagen’s loveliest courtyard, a favourite for both locals and visitors in Copenhagen.

Desserts change daily and will be presented by the waitstaff at your table.
Wine list
ÉLAN offers an extensive wine list, with a strong focus on Burgundy and Bordeaux, as well as selected wines from other regions—particularly the rest of France, Spain, and Italy—carefully chosen to complement our Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
We always have around 20 wines available by the glass.
Set menu for groups
Groups of 9 or more are kindly asked to choose a set menu in advance for the entire party. Our 8-course tasting menu which offers a great tour of our selection, is usually a big hit.
